Taking Vodafone’s brand values on board, Total Onion’s team of developers turned their Code of Conduct into a bespoke learner journey. Each section was broken down into digestible chunks with a clean design that was much easier to understand and action.

Not only was it secure – sitting behind a corporate single sign on – it was also translated into 12 languages, reaching 104,000 Vodafone employees worldwide.
